Wire Rod production process
Wire is generally produced by high-speed wire.
1. Heat the billet to above 1100 degrees Celsius through a step-beam heating furnace;
2. The heated billet is removed from the furnace and descaled by high-pressure water;
3. Enter the rough rolling mill for rolling, which is a hot rolling unit;
4. After rough rolling, the rolled piece enters the water cooling section for cooling to control its internal metallographic structure;
5. After leaving the water cooling section, it enters the intermediate rolling mill and the finishing mill for further rolling;
6. After finishing rolling, the rolled piece is spit out by the wire laying machine to form a coil;
7. The coiled wire is cooled and moved forward in the air cooling section;
8. At the end of the air cooling section, the wire is rolled into a coil by the coil collector;
9. The rolled wire is sent to the bundling machine for bundling;
10. Enter the finished product warehouse.
